itransports 2.0

The objective of itransports 2.0 is to deliver the breakthrough long awaited by the travelling public on information concerning service disruptions.

These latter have been on the increase for several years and it is now necessary to use all available means to inform travellers more quickly, so that they can minimise the inconvenience arising from the disruptions.

The method used is to supplement the information coming from the network operators with information in real time from travellers, by means of social networks: such feedback allows the more or less immediate characterisation of certain disruptions and contribute to a more dynamic information service.
